"At Mustang Engineering we don’t measure downtime in terms of loss of productivity but in terms of customer perception. If our network is down and they can’t reach our engineers it sends the wrong message, so we are very focused on keeping it up and running. The Broadleaf Group is a key player in that equation with their Consulting Services solution."
